Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy in order to add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, American Express and Delta.
We use a number of different postal services depending on the size of the parcel being sent. Please note that all Shipping rates on the site are, at the time of purchase, an estimate based on weight of the Items ordered.
Some larger items that we ship fall into a 'Volumetric' Shipping rate which means regardless of the weight, it is the size of the parcel that decides the cost of delivery. In these cases we will contact you with a new delivery price before any payment is taken in order to ensure you still wish us to ship the item(s). This does not affect your statutory rights
Orders are processed Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm.
We aim to deliver all items within 7-10 working days on reciept of order.
Our policy is to hold all items in stock. However, in the event an item has to be specially ordered our delivery schedule is subject to change.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
We use Sage Pay for all our transactions online.

Sage Pay enables business cash-flow by making the process of accepting payments simpler, faster and more safer.
1) If You wish to cancel an Order, You must call us, notify us in writing or by email within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods.
2) You must return the Goods to us at your expense, within 30 days from the day of Purchase.
3) The Goods must be in original condition, and with all original packaging/labels attached.
4) On the satisfactory receipt of the Goods, We will refund the price paid for the Goods.
5) Cancellation of Special Orders will be Subject to a 20% Handling Charge
Refunds and Exchanges
1) The refund will be made to your credit card/debit card within 14 days of the return of the goods.
2) You may return your purchase for a full refund (Minus any Special Order Handling Charges):
i) If the items purchased are in the same condition as they were sent.
ii) If all labels are still attached and the item(s) is/are in pristine condition.
iii) Within 30 days of the order dispatch date.
3) Refunds will not be made if any or all of the above conditions are not met.
